The very first WayfinderWoman Club was set up in early 2013; a place where women could come together and talk about workplace issues that were specific to them. It rapidly grew and now we are a charity called The WayfinderWoman Trust
To promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Sussex and the surrounding area, the social inclusion of women and young girls of working age who are unable to access or advance employment opportunities, to relieve their needs and enable them to integrate into society,
To support the social inclusion of women and young girls of working age in Sussex and surrounding areas in particular but not exclusively by the provision of information and advice and undertake research with the aim of relief of financial hardship and the promotion of emotional health.
To provide advice and assistance to relieve emotional suffering and financial hardship of women and young girls of working age in Sussex and surrounding areas who are unable to access or advance their employment opportunities with the object of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.
