Dr Sue Black, OBE

Sue Black is a role model for every woman who wants to take a different career path in life.  She left school at 16, got married,had three children and was living in a refuge at the age of 25.  Then, with no maths or science background decided to study maths at night school.  This led her eventually to undertaking a computing degree and PhD in engineering.  She had a long-standing and eventually successful campaign to save Bletchley Park before setting up Techmums and being lauded around the world for encouraging women into technology.  A regular on the BBC to find out more about this inspiring woman click here.
