Emma Lawton

Emma Lawton  was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at the age of 29, she was determined to not let it stop her from doing what she wanted. Now a freelance creative director and strategic consultant, she advises on digital marketing as well as delivering inspirational  TEDx talks, She fundraises for Parkinson’s UK, and won the 2015 CharityComms Inspiring Communicator award. She is also the author of “Dropping the P bomb” about life with Parkinson’s. Haiyan Zhang, Director at Microsoft Research, invented this tremor reducing watch, aptly named Emma to enable Emma to write and draw again.
