All women from working age and upwards welcome. 5k maximum distance. Optional tea/coffee stop at the end.

Each walk is approximately 5k in distance.

Every 1st Monday of the month:
Eastbourne – meet by The Beach Deck (flat seafront walk)
Every 2nd Monday of the month:
Newhaven – meet by Newhaven train station
Every 3rd Monday of the Month:
Seaford – meet by Buckle car park (flat seafront walk)
Every 4th Monday of the month:
Bishopstone – meet by Bishopstone train station
