Are you considering career change, or facing a job search? This may be due to redundancy, or another reason. Would you like some dedicated time to rethink what you’d like to do next?

These two linked workshops will help you to gain more clarity on where you’re heading in your working life. They will help you to identify your options and practical next steps.The workshops will be interactive with discussions, exercises and Q&A. Come prepared to share, reflect, ask questions and enjoy meeting other women.If possible, please can you keep your video on throughout the sessions, as this helps to create a more “in the room” experience for everyone.

Charting your course

In this workshop, you’ll take time to focus on yourself. You’ll consider the type of work that would suit you best, and some of career options open to you. You’ll leave the session with:

• Increased clarity about your personal and professional strengths

• Greater understanding of the type of work that would be a good fit for you

• Ideas for possible career paths, and ways to research career options
