Individuals, couples, families, company teams, and social groups are all welcome to join in the fun, improve their well-being, have a chat, support an award-winning local charity and lift their spirits!
Registration is now open for our fifth annual PIER2PEER charity event. You can join us for just £20 and every pound raised will help us to keep supporting women to transform their lives via our volunteer run drop-in advice centre.

The event is open to everyone regardless of their fitness level. If you can’t manage the whole 25K route along our beautiful East Sussex coastline, join us for our 10K option. Everyone gets our specially designed, environmentally friendly medal!
You can move at your own pace, enjoying the company, or set yourself a time or distance challenge. Why not encourage others and join as a team to do the whole route, or, for the less energetic, as a relay?
Let's get started
We ask you to register for the event using the button below and pay your registration fee of £20. Registered participants will receive an information pack with start times, route maps, points where they can join or finish along the route, the all-important toilet stops and snack shacks. All participants will receive our environmentally friendly medal for crossing the finishing line. Full details will be supplied in the information pack.

Why we do this
We don't want any woman to suffer in silence, to doubt themselves. Women are coming to us struggling to survive the cost of living crisis, struggling with caring responsibilities, struggling with finding work, struggling to cope. We've been helping women find the confidence in themselves, discover the skills they have and how they can build on these to move forwards. We do this with our peer support, in the groups we run and the workshops. Will you help too?
